SITUATION:
The Montclair Residences is a new Lincoln Property development project residing just 16 miles west of Manhattan New York. The Montclair is a luxury apartment complex located in the heart of the Montclair, New Jersey community. Marrying an upscale fitness center experience with Lincoln’s robust building design was critical in creating a top drawer amenity package. Heartline’s challenge – meet and exceed this objective!
SOLUTION:
Once Heartline was presented with the building plans and themes, Heartline immediately gravitated to Matrix Fitness for their high-end fitness equipment selection. A package that not only satisfies the client’s amenity challenge, but will create tenant buzz for years to come. The Matrix product line boasts such features such as integrated touch screens on all of its cardiovascular machines, allowing tenants to enjoy iPod music and video's while working out. Additionally, cardio users have the option to watch their favorite TV shows while exercising, or take in the view of the complex’s outdoor pool. It doesn’t get any better than that! Finally, Heartline complimented the 10 piece cardio line-up with a full circuit of Matrix single station strength machines, including free weights and a Matrix "Functional Trainer." The Matrix functional trainer boasts some 25 different exercise routines, helping to supplement the circuit training layout.
