SITUATION:
A four-star, luxury boutique hotel in downtown Washington DC, Beacon offers stylish ambiance and exceptional hospitality to visiting families and business travelers alike. With city life in full effect, it is often hard for travelers to get their run or walk in outdoors, so quite often they turn to the hotel fitness center to maintain their daily exercise routines. Over the years, the fitness center had not kept pace with Beacon’s amenity upgrades. A phone call to Heartline Fitness put the wheels in motion.
SOLUTION:
With a limited budget to start, hotel officials needed new equipment that would not break the bank, but would be consistent with the hotel’s overall amenity package. After determining a best fit solution, Heartline chose to install two BH Fitness treadmills, an elliptical, and a recumbent bike. BH Fitness offers a sleek, stylish, and functional cardio line with leading-edge technology that is simple to use and provides users with a complete workout. For those visitors looking to strength train, Heartline installed a Paramount functional trainer which uses a dual weight stack design to offer over 40 different workouts. With limited space available, the functional trainer was the perfect piece to provide multiple lifting options all in one area. With the new fitness center up and running, visitors can now work out in style before heading off to sightsee or attend their next business meeting.
