SITUATION:
“It’s the buzz of neon and the burst of flashbulbs. Its where people want to go, and where you need to be.” That’s what Monument Realty strived for when opening its newest property, a 775,000 sq ft mixed use building located next door to the new Nationals stadium in Southeast D.C. As with any new, hip building in today’s age, Monument needed to keep up with the fitness trend by including a state of the art fitness facility to lure in potential tenants. However, in tough economic times, Monument needed and health club solution that would not break the bank.
SOLUTION:
Monument’s project managers teamed up with Heartline territory rep Jason Malecki to develop a layout that would optimize space provided, while installing the most modern equipment at an affordable price. In order to meet budget demands, Heartline turned to Matrix Cardio and Paramount strength to get the job done. Matrix’s new age look, style, color and technology, combined with an affordable price, made it the perfect fit, and as an added bonus, each unit came complete with its own 15” personal TV. To complement the stylish cardio section, Heartline installed a full line of Paramount dual-station selectorized machines giving gym users all the options needed to work out the entire body. Supplemented with a free weight section and a variety of gym balls, medicine balls and stretching mats, Monument’s new fitness center is sure to impress all while maintain budgetary constraints.
