SITUATION:
Loudoun County continues to remain one of the fastest growing counties in the U.S. To accommodate Loudoun’s growing population needs, Kettler has developed the Village at Leesburg, a mixed-use town center with a main street feel and all the modern luxuries. Village at Leesburg offers a total of 1.2 million square feet of development encompassing 150 acres and combines traditional planning and design characteristics – including an open-air shopping center component – with an upscale urban feel. Luxurious multi-family residences will complement the office and retail spaces. To complete the upscale experience for future residents, Kettler needed a fitness center amenity to match.
SOLUTION:
After many successful installations in the past, Kettler felt confident teaming up with Heartline to deliver the health club they desired. To maintain Kettler’s brand consistency, Matrix cardio and Paramount strength equipment was chosen for the new fitness center. Matrix cardio combines a bold and stylish look with strength and functionality. For personal viewing pleasure, each unit came equipped with 15” LCD TVs allowing tenants to drift away into their favorite TV shows while working out. For strength building, it doesn’t get much easier than Paramount dual-selectorized machines. Each machine offers an array of workouts for primary and secondary muscle groups, giving tenants all they need for a complete body workout. To complement the cardio and strength lines Heartline installed an array of free weights, gym balls and yoga mats. Rivaling the best dues dues paying gym nearby, the new health club at the Village at Leesburg provides new residents a terrific fitness amenity.
