Each service is not only designed to enhance the owner’s fitness center investment, but is aimed at educating its customers on the facility’s overall capabilities and value. “We’re trying to take our fitness solutions to the next level,” says Heartline’s president, Bob Burgess. “Post-installation fitness education and services are simply the next step in our mind.
