- Made in USA.
- 3”x3” 7 gauge mill spec P&O steel tubing.
- Welded frame construction.
- CoreRacks standard height of 8’ system.
- Dual super duty plate rack system.
- Each rack holds over 500 lbs of weight and contains 5 Olympic plate holders with PVC sleeves and rubber donut stops (the bottom two holders are extra long (15”) for extra weight.
- Dual chin-up bars standard. Two (2) quick-release safety swivel squat arms and two (2) super-duty, quick-release J-Hook Olympic bar holders with ¼” UHMW internal and external guards.
- All guards MUST be countersunk screwed in place, and CANNOT be glued.
- Electrostatically baked on powder coat finish (ALL IMPACT COLUMNS, J-HOOKS, SQUAT ARMS, AND DIP HANDLES TO BE PAINTED BLACK,WITH WHITE ACCENT PARTS STANDARD).
- Dual Olympic bar storage standard.
- Dip handles optional with reverse squat arms and technique trays.
- Heartline’s locking flat-to-incline flex bench w/spotter stands (318ssc) Frame construction 3”x2”, 7 gauge square tubing.

- Unique bench design enables users to pop-pin adjust bench to maintain proper relationship to rack without having to relocate the bench (BENCH MUST LOCK-IN FROM THE TOP DOWN INTO THE STRINGER BRACE).
- Dual wheel and handle system affords easy room movement.
- Dual seam, top-stitched 32 ounce Naugahyde ® upholstery and hidem trim for added strength and corner protection.
- Frame Color – White For All Public School Orders. Upholstery Color – Black, Unless Specified Differently By The School.
- Platform System. Includes integrated 4’x8’x 2” (Cor-Flex ™ Performance Surface W/15 YEAR SURFACE WARRANTY) with FULL LENGTH roll-down “Platform Ramp” steel frame. Each Platform MUST have the School Logo installed on it with three finishing layers of polyurethane sealant. Platforms also include 72”x 42” x 2” Cor-Flex ™ platform insert (NO RUBBER INSERT ALLOWED).
- Warranty: LIFETIME frame, 2 years on moving parts and pulleys, 2 years on belts and cables, and 90 days on upholstery under normal exercise conditions.
