Rich Mandley is president of Professional Fitness Management (ProFIT). ProFIT is a group of professionals who specialize in providing consulting, development and turnkey management services for health, fitness and hospital wellness centers. ProFIT’s clients include upscale commercial real estate owners, office buildings, hotels and resorts, residential complexes, hospital wellness centers and private clubs. ProFIT provides professional, customer service oriented management of quality upscale health and fitness centers for the benefit of its clients. Prior to forming ProFIT, Rich was president of The Fitness Company, a company with 78 fitness facilities from Boston to Miami. He helped build the company from three facilities to its current size over a 16-year career. Rich has served on the International Health and Racquet Sports Club Association Board of Directors (IHRSA), and has over 25 years experience in the health and fitness industry. Rich received his Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Fitness Management from West Virginia University.
