Jeff Shipman, President - Heartline Technical Services
Jeff has organized and lead the transformation of the HTS division and redeveloped Heartline's technical operations platform. Jeff has built HTS into a 1.6 million dollar and growing, stand alone service operation, in the Mid-Atlantic region. Exceeding customer expectaion on over 650 key service accounts, and consistent company growth year over year, are just a couple of the company values Jeff focuses on daily. Jeff has stated, "Having a live call center, a virtually paperless operation for our technicians, backed by 24 hour responce times and an extensive parts inventory, are all key components to our success".
Overseeing HTS is a tall task, but Jeff’s certainly up for the challenge. Jeff's previous experience includes Director of Retail for a 38 million dollar fitness retail chain and 9 years prior to this, he developed and managed 5 commercial sales reps totaling 5 plus million in annual sales. During Jeff's career and passion for the fitness industry, he has consulted on over 700 installations totaling $17 million. Currently, Jeff demonstrates his knowledge and experience by molding our service division into one of the largest and most reliable service providers on the east coast.
