Jim Kennedy, Commercial Sales and Service
Heartline has landed one of the industry’s leading fitness equipment technicians bringing Jim Kennedy on board October 2009. Jim brings over 24 years of maintenance expertise to the Heartline team, including direct management experience in customer service, superior technical skills, and certification with nearly all major equipment manufacturers, such as Precor, Life Fitness, Paramount and Cybex to name a few. Before joining Heartline, Jim spent the previous 20 years working with Sport & Health as a Fitness Equipment Director and Technician. While with S&H, Jim oversaw equipment maintenance and employee training for 26 clubs and 92 outside properties which housed over ten thousand cardio and strength pieces of equipment. One of his major initiatives was establishing and initiating a 24 hour equipment repair system. Jim’s addition will continue to catapult Heartline’s service team towards industry leading standards.
