Bill became a valued member of the Heartline team in April of 2008. Before joining Heartline, Bill spent 28 years as a civil engineering tech and electronics tech with the District of Columbia Government. After a long career with the government Bill decided it was time to retire, however he still remained active during that time building two homes including all the necessary excavation, electric, plumbing, and framing work that was involved. When Bill decided he wanted to return to the workforce we were very lucky he chose Heartline to bring his 30 years of technical expertise.
