The Total Body Trainer shall not have a footprint that exceeds 13.7 square feet (29”x68”, 73.6 cm x 172.7 cm).The Total Body Trainer foot pad must be open ended and no smaller than 0.97 square feet. The Total Body Trainer foot pad must be at least 17.5” (44.5 cm) in length .The Total Body Trainer foot pad must be at least 8” (20.32 cm) in width. The distance between the foot pads on the Total Body Trainer must be no greater than 3” (7.62 cm).The Total Body Trainer must weigh no greater than 390 lbs. (177 kg).The Total Body Trainer must allow for 350 lb (158.7 kg) user weight capacity. The Total Body Trainer must have UL/CSA and CE certifications. The Total Body Trainer must be compatible with Polar heart rate monitors and allow for contact heart rate monitoring. The Treadmill must supply feedback that includes time, RPM, heart rate, calories, distance, speed, MET’s, level, graphic profile and ¼ mile track. The Total Body Trainer must ship with one RS232 port. The Total Body Trainer must allow for a zero key start up feature that requires no interaction with the display to begin a workout. The Total Body Trainer is required to provide two wheels or casters in the front of machine to allow mobility of product. The Total Body Trainer must provide arms for upper body movement. The Total Body Trainer must be non-electrical, requiring no plugs or electrical cords. The Total Body Trainer must provide at least 10 pre-set programs.
Patent and Special Specifications
The Total Body Trainer must allow for no greater than 7” step up onto the product.
The Total Body Trainer must provide rubber on shoes for absorption, that is non-slip.
Total Body Trainer must supply water bottle holder, personal stereo/CD holder, and magazine rack that are fully integrated into the Total Body Trainer display. Pre-Wired for S-Series Entertainment. The Total Body Trainer must have an adjustable personal cooling fan integrated into the display which provides two speed settings which the user can control with the keys on the display. Total Body Trainer must provide a visual indication of HR detection. Total Body Trainer must provide an interactive HR Chart showing user a graphical depiction of their HR. Total Body Trainer must be able to provide user with ¼ mile track graphics – dot matrix. Total Body Trainer must allow a change of programming during the workout to additional programs. Total Body Trainer must provide heart rate program that cycles the user through an interval of no less than 18 beat per minute apart. (Dynamic Heart Rate Control).Total Body Trainer must provide user with option of completing the heart rate control program during a specific time period, distance completed, or calories expended. Warranty for Light Commercial: Lifetime on frame, (3) years parts, (3) year on labor and wear items.
